In my experience when there is a 'lens error' there is internal damage perhaps from dropping the unit and it is fixable only by the Kodak.com website's authorized service center.

Press the MENU button and down-arrow to "Self-timer."

take it to Best Buy or push lens inn if it is stuck out or open the lenz if it wont open!!

you can download the drivers and its software at kodak.com/go/easysharesw., just click download for free., the latest software version will work with the camera just make sure that the minimum requirements is pentium 4 2.0GHZ
