The servo was working fine until it had to work at a condition of high load.It took 5 Amps at 7.2 V. Later in the same condition it is not able to draw that much current and gives considerably lees torque. Is this due to the overload protection circuit inside the servo or some other reason? The datasheet says that it can take 5.2 amps at 7.4 V.

Husqvarna yth2348 was cutting grass it sputtered died and now wont start just clicks

It may also have a partially short PTO clutch drawing so much power that the alternator can not supply enough power so it drains the battery until the fuel shut off solenoid kills the engine.

These PTO normally draws 5-7 amps with a resistance of about 1.7 ohms. Anything under 1.5 ohms indicates a shorted condition. I had a couple clutches that was still working but was pulling 18+ amps.

Servo not drawing enough current

The high load may have damaged the motor to the point where some of the windings may have melted the insulation.
That will result in less magnetism or torque to spin the motor.

Sluggish ignition start

I think your mistaken. Your battery will lose cranking power as the temp drops. Warm battery may work just fine, untill it gets below freezing temps then the cranking amps are so low its sluggish. Buy a high cranking amp battery and you will be good as gold mate!

Setting is stuck on VCR, cannot use DVD functions or figure out how to change it back to DVD

This can be due to many faults as the VCR function has not come back to the MODE STOP/REST /CONDITION and so the processor tends to drive the mechanism to complete to the mode .

Hence please check up with these tips.
1. If the cassette does not loads or if the cassette is locked inside then the machine will shut as the loadind or the servo is defective.
2. If the in detect is not working then the opto devices or proximity sensors/magnetic type can be faulty.
3. If the drum does not rotate it will shut down as well a fault in the SERVO section.
4. Defective HALL IC can shut the switching and so the servo will shut down the processor.
5. Fault in the power section to deliver the correct voltage to the circuits/loading servo to take up.
6. Finally if the loading is not to the MODE switch point or failure of mode can make the loading to trip as it will not complete the load to the desired point.

AC spikes from your ac outlet causing a temporary overload condition in the power supply circuit. This is why you couldn't turn it off, you may want to get a digital surge protector.

2007 FORD SPORTS TRAC BATTERY KEEPS DYING

180 milli-amps is way to much draw, ford's limit is 50 milli-amps but typically we usually only see around 20-30. Now when you say fuse 2 is that in the under-hood fuse panel or the interior fuse panel? And if this vehicle is a 2007 it may still be under factory warranty which was 36 months or 36000 miles providing that the add on automatic starter is not causing your draw.Which in that case the people who installed it should be responsible for that.

Heater motor will not work on #5, it worked for 5days after resis

First check to make sure the electrical connector on your switch is o.k. if it looks burnt /brown or melted replace your switch, and the connector. If all is well then replace your blower motor, it may be drawing to much current (AMPS). Along with a new resistor block.

Break failiure

Well sounds to me like you might have some moisture in the fluid which can cause the breaks to fail. Have your break system flushed totally out and refilled. Brake fluid is very touchy. If you leave brand new brake fluid bottle open for a few days it will draw moisture from the air and ruin the fluid.
