SOURCE: acer aspire 5610 keyboard replacement

1. you need to remove the power cover (if you see the power button, that what i mean).
2. after you remove that cover, you will see 2 screw that hold the keyboard. Remove both screws.
3. Remove keyboard and replace it with new keyboard.

SOURCE: Acer Aspire 1640z keyboard removal

I don't have the diagram but i can give you direction.
1. remove the power cover first (where power button is), it might have 3 screw that hold, if there is 3 screw on the power cover, remove it first.
2. after your removed the power cover, you can see the screw that hold keyboard. remove that screw and you can remove the keyboard.

SOURCE: acer aspire 5500z driver bluetooth

First of all check if your Laptop has the bluetooth feature. If it has then the driver should have been automatically installed. There is a button in your laptop, make sure that the bluetooth is on.

Thanks

Bluetooth aspire 9420

Hello,
Please do the following steps...
1. Download the bluetooth driver - 'Bluetooth_Broadcom_6.0.1.3500_VistaX86', its the one for vista but works for win7. After the drivers installed sucessfully the bluetooth still didn't work as the bluetooth hardware wasn't turned on, pressing the bluetooth button to the left of the keyboard didn't do anything for me.
The driver is available from the Acer website below under the Vista section, just click through the categories notebook/model/OS/drivers etc until you reach it.
http://global-download.acer.com/GDHome.aspx?SC=PA_6&LC=en
2. Next download Dritek Launch Manager - 'LaunMgr_Dritek_1.1.1.3_VistaX86' (this utility controls the assignment of shortcuts/applications to the other buttons on the keyboard) from the Acer website above, it'll be under the applications tab instead of drivers.
For some reason the Launch manager zip also includes another zip of the drivers for the Nvidia Video Card, I can't see why they're bundled together but it is Acer after all.
After the launch manager had installed the dedicated bluetooth button worked just fine first press, but bizzarely this application doesn't allow you to assign the bluetooth button, just the other 4 buttons above the keyboard.
But it clearly fixed my issue so it must have installed something which brought the bluetooth button back to life.
BTW the Launch Manager doesn't even have to be running for the bluetooth button to work.
Hope this fixes your issue.

Want to upgrade graphics

Your right, both cards will be quite an inprovement in graphics. Your weak link is going to be the CPU, Your specs say AMD Semperon 3200 1.8GHz. Your power supply is a 300w, right? The EVGA 01G-P3-1302-LR has a MIN. 350w. http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=01G-P3-1302-LR&seeReview=true, you should be OK. The GIGABYTE GV-R435OC-512I Min. 300w. PCIE 2.0 :http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2924#sp Both sound good for you , I have both ATI/AMD and Nvidia in laptops and desktops. I like Nvidia. It's your choise, of course, Both are a lot of bang for the bucks. They do get Hot, so keep them as cool as you can. Both have fans! If the graphics card starts giving you little issues, upgrade the PSU to say 400w. Remember, every device you add requires a bit more power.Enjoy!

How to turn on bluetooth on acer aspire 5535

According to the manual, "Located beside the keyboard are application buttons. These buttons are called easy-launch buttons. They are: WLAN, Internet, email, Bluetooth, Arcade and
Acer Empowering Technology." Pressing the Bluetooth button should toggle Bluetooth on or off, assuming the correct drivers are installed.

Bluetooth

This model does not contain bluetooth capabilities. The reason your keyboard has the option is they use the same keyboard for multiple configurations.
