Problems whith my optical mouse

Im not sure if you can do this. But, I may have an answer for you. Why not buy an Identical mouse and stick. And set up just one mouse with both sticks... Dont know if it will work, but, its worth a try..

I know how to do that, you will press on the SYLVANIA gray letters on the upper black part of the mouse this will realease the batteries cover and pull out the cover and voila you where the batteries place

Make sure you have the latest drivers from the logitech website.

Also, make sure that the receiver is within a reasonable proximity of the mouse. I have also found that I get interference if I have placed the receiver near my speakers.

try and contact logitech, but they aregoing to charge you and it may cost more than a new mouse, because they dont really want anyone to have that documation about there new product.

i have logitech LX 6 cordless optical mouse... it dont work... i put in usb that connecting mouse and then turn on (mouse). The problem is that is worked maybe 2 hours ago...and now dont... can you help???

I have a battery free mouse on a pad that connects as usb for power to the laptop with a reatilpus brand. i have contacted retailplus company. i was told they dont carry that model anymore and suggest i get a diffrent mouse. i have been dependent on this battery mouse. the problem is that it works on and off. when i plug it it says usb not recognize and other times it just works. please assist.

Best thing is to open the Control Panel and enable Mouse and Trackpad option..

Do this

1. right click on my computer
2. click on properties
3. click on hardware
4. click on device manager
5. click on mic & other pointing device
6. click on(+)
7. then right click mouse
8. click on update driver
9. select second option in window(advanced)
10. then click on( search removable.......)
11. then insert driver cd in cd rom
12. And click on Next option
13. if it is not work then do above procss and select third option(Don't search.I will...............)
14. And click Next option
15. click Next option in next window.Thats it
