More than likely your control board. Available at www.partstore.com Cost could be between $130 and $200. Not that complicated to install if you can use a screwdriver and are careful. Let me know how this works out.

You may have bad T-CON board or bad connections on the ribbon cables between the T-CON and the LCD panel. You cantry reseating the cables first, but be REAL CAREFUL since it is very delciate works.
