The BSOD is usually a sign that there is either a driver or hardware problem. If you have added anything since you got the laptop you should remove it. You should also try and run the system in "Safe Mode" (press F8 at startup). This causes the system to run without the specific drivers, and uses generic drivers.
if you have a laptop the drivers should already be installed depending on the internet that you are trying to hook up to you may need a security code if its your own internet service and you dont have security set up on the wireless router it should connect I could be wrong but I think all laptops are wireless capable if not you will need a wireless card instaled in the laptop and the drivers would be installed with the wireless card unless the drivers were uninstalled then you would have to find out what wireless card you have and look for drivers for it

try a remove and reinstall of the drive.
press the bottom right side to get tab out.
remove the drive while the laptop is on.
then replace it and let the laptop find the drive.
it should then work.
