My zte won't let me hear the callers , they can hear me but I can't hear them . The only way I can hear them is if my phone is in loud speaker . How can I fix this

This ia stupid glitch with the phone, to fix it all you need to do is stick a head phone into the jack for about a minute. This somehow resets the audio setup because it doesnt have a microphone and then the audio is routed back to the speaker. I had to try this about 3 times before it workd. My phone did the same thing. Just put headphones in for a minute. :))

flip your phone open,look at your display screen if the speaker icon has a slash on it the speaker is muted.flip your phone closed on the top of the phone depress the left button,you must have hit it accidentally.hope that helps you. I have the same phone and that happens alot.

im a cell rep, delt with this problem before, take the back off the phone there is a white dot somewhere on there, if it's red it has water damage. if it's not your speaker for normal calling is broke, that's why you can only hear it on speakerphone and bluetooth, usually caused by water damage. there are cell phone repair shops, if you want do a search for one near you, they charge to fix the phone, but i have sent my customers there before and had their phones fixed. if it annoys you to much and you dont want to deal with it, if you have insurace i would file a claim, if not buy a phone from a friend or off craigslist or ebay, cheaper. hope i helped
