1. Turn off the phone
2. Press and hold the power button and at the same time the down volume button
3. When the itel logo appears, press and hold the home button.
4. Release all buttons once you see the yellow warning sign and the picture of a phone.
5.Press the up volume button once, then use the volume down button to navigate to select wipe data /factory reset then use the power button to confirm your choice accordingly.
6. Use the down volume button to select yes -- delete all user data, then use the power button to confirm.
7.Use the power button and select reboot system now, You are done Wait for your phone to restart.
