How can i view message history on my windows live messenger? thanks.

  • Click the "Show menu" tab at the top on the left side of the minimize tab
  • Select File from drop down menu
  • Click on View message history
  • Select a contact from 'Select a Contact Window'
  • Click "OK"
Then the Message History window will open displaying the history of that particular contact.

Your chat logs are usually located in:

Click the button to browse through your computer to find them, or you can find the exact folder by clicking the Tools menu, then Options, then Messages category.
The files will not exist if message history is not enabled.

My facebook account failed to log out, what can I do to solve the problem?

Close the browser. Most people do not clear their cookies or history. i do not save my history at all, and set my browser (Firefox) to close all page when I exit. (In case someone wants to go back in after I leave and view my history.

If that does not work, as a loast resort, reboot your computer and that will log you out for sure.

More importantly, check the security and privacy settings of your browser.

You can also bring up the TASK MANAGER (ctrl+alt+del) and click on the applications TAB (far left) and terminate the application (browser).

Good luck.
