ou may be able to get back into your Facebook account by answering a security question, using an alternate email address listed on your account or getting help from friends. Keep in mind that you'll only see these options if you set them up.
To see if you have these options:

do you remember your user name? if you do - find then on the site what password and email you did use.
if this is paid site - you can ask them to help with providing them with payment details, if this is free site, and you do not remember your user name and password combination, and lost your e-mail login - yo9u are cooked... you need at least one of the three:
e-mail contact - that is necessary if you do not know/remember that one - you lost, there is no way on which they can send you login details.
login name - request lost login name and it will be send to given e-mail address by the provider
login password - same as login name...
if you know your old password, login to router and go to administrtion or maintanane (normally comming administration option) and you can see there is an option to change password.
if yo dont know your password, you need to reset your router manually by pressing reset button on router (check back or sides) by doing this process you need to reconfigure internet connection and wifi settings, so before you done you should keep internet connection details (username and password by internet provider) and wifi settings.
If you got WPS capability on the device you are trying to connect you can push the WPS-button on the router, or you can login to the administration interface on the router (IP-address might be underneath unless you don't know it) and change the password to your liking. If you don't know the login and password for your interface then i guess the last resort is to find the reset button on the router and use the provided login that usually is found on a sticker underneath the device (your router), and simply set a new password for your WIFI.
Disregard the previous account an attempt to create an new account with the detail buttons provided. provide petinent details to achieve new account status.
the ip address and the password are usuall underneath it.
connect it to yout laptop or pc and login using the details. once logged in, you will be prompted to insert new services provider details, or if its a DHCP connection and you have your router plugged into the wireless netgear, it will pickup the settings, all you will need to do is define SSID (wireless name) and password.
