I am using a Mecer Xpression AL-096 and it doesn't want to read any USB device. I also cannot access enternet through WIFI because there is no WIFI option. Whenever I connect a USB device its says "Unknown device" Please help

Make sure you are connecting directly to the computer's USB port, not through a hub. Try disconnecting other USB devices before plugging in the camera. Check the manufacturer's website for updaded drivers: if all else fails, a reinstall of the camera's drivers may be in order.

Check that the phone is not connecting by mistake to a different wi fi network, in this case you will get an error message, as the network key will be different.

Ensure you are using the right network key if needed.

If you cannot sort it out do a phone settings reset from phone menu and set again the wi fi network , so to ensure that you are oicking up the right network using the right key.
