How do i update my gps nvx200

I have windows vista and it says its not compatable

Here's my reply from Jensen/Audiovox recieved just the other day:
"
I am sorry, but this product line has been discontinued and there are will be no updates issued for the mapping software. Audiovox will continue to support these units for service and repair issues. I apologize for any disappointment this may have caused.

If the download procedure is done through your web browser, you could have issues. If there is a specific program that you load and run on the PC to get the download, then you may be able to get around the problem. If you right-click on the executable for the download software, you should get a "properties" window. Look for a tab labeled "compatibility". Click on this tab, then click the check box for compatibility mode and select the pull-down for Windows Vista. This may work for you.

Navman SmartST software not compatible with Windows Vista
Run the Navman software in XP emulation mode. Do a word search in Google for "XP emulation mode in Vista" to get instructions on using emulation mode.

Navman N40i compatability with Vista
Solution to get GPS Navman N40I working with Windows Vista.

I solver the problem (most of it) by uninstalling the old activsynk witch was delivered with the manufactory CD. Then I downloaded from “http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/help/synchronize/device-center.mspx” Windows Mobile Device Center. After installing this software I connected my Navman N40I to my PC and waited to for the Mobile Device Center application to load. When it tried to gain partnership with my GPS I removed it. Voila, and the SmartST Desktop 2006 SE application was able to communicate with my GPS.
