Please get DG41/CN/TX motherboards it the best. this is due to fact that it carries a better graphic resolution card, lates technology DDR3 SD RAM ram, etc.
Sometimes. Both the Pentium, Pentium II, many AMD, and some Cyrix processors used a socket 7. So depending on your motherboard and what two processors you are using it may work.
BIOS information is needed to boot the computer, you must replace your BIOS chip. You can call the manufacturer of the motherboard and ask for a new BIOS chip.
Here is the Link for the Intel Support Side for this Chipset: 845GE is only the chipset from the mainboard. When you need the link for the driver for an special mainboard we need the mainboard model Number:
Intel® 845GE Chipset
-->
The Intel® 845GE chipset is optimized for the Intel® Pentium® 4 processor supporting Hyper-Threading (HT) Technology†.
Highlights include DDR333 memory and Intel® Extreme Graphics
technology, running at 266 MHz core speed, which enables even better
performance than previous generation chipsets.
Your motherboard is for a AMD processor not Intel. You need a motherboard for a Intel processor before you can proceed.They are so different. Core Duo chips don't even use pins.
