Similar thing happened with me as well.
Just keep the iPod plugged in for an hour, it should come back to life.

When the battery is critically low, the iPod doesn't get enough juice it needs to power up, so the battery needs a bit more charging to get the iPod started.

Keeps restarting itself

Sadly, some batteries will wear-out within a certain amount of months, and some may go even greater lengths until they will require replacement. This is one thing many people may not know when they are charging their device: Devices that use internal rechargeable batteries also use extra memory to know the charge limit point. So if you charge your the battery the device must know when to stop so the battery wont over heat and be damaged. This memory used to charge your battery can also be confused and malfunction, so that the device wont get proper power supply from the battery. This malfunction will usually occur when you plug in your device and use it at the same time or if you charge your device at random moments instead of letting it get to it's lowest power point then charging it again. I suggest that you let the device die fully, then let it rest for a few days, then while you charge it, have it off instead of on, that way the charge wont interfere with the screen info and let it charge as long as it is said to take on the manual that came with the device. If this fails, try 2 more times,if no luck after, have the company change your battery, dont try to change it yourself if it's bulit in, because some batteries require soldering a similar technique to welding something together, you can do this your self if trained, but you may also void a warranty if you have one with the device. If you'd like anymore info on your device leave a message for us at Game-Shabang official on Facebook, thank you

My mio navman m300 will not turn on, its 2 months old and was working fine then suddenly would not turn on, its has not been dropped at all. any ideas??

hi,
Plug it and leave it on charge for at least 4-8h. Try both car charger and USB cable, it could be that the issue is the cable and not the battery

Sony mp3 wont turn on or charge

Hi ramoncuaya,
There seems to be something wrong with the device itself, two weeks is too little of a time for it to malfunction. If it is still covered by the warranty, take it to a service center. But it is also not advisable to leave it lying around non-operational for over a month.

Battery not charging

Since it is only a month old you need to take it back. These devices have a smart battery. Most of the time in your situation, the charger itself is the issue. Have you tried charging it by computer usb?
Also, one thing you can try is a hard reset if you hav't already. A hard reset is holding both the lock and home key until you see the apple appear. You could also do a firmware upgrade but I would highly suggest that you take it to an apple store before modifying anything since its so new.
Hope this helps.
