I am looking to find the main relay/ what are in the fuse boxes in my 2003 Ford Taurus. When I purchased the car the diagram of what was in fuse box was not included. But mainly I need to find the Main Relay/Relay switch.

Check Fuses and Relays, but this has a GEM (general electronics module). You may need and auto-electrician as nothing covers brake lights, but that may be a fault with the brake light switch.

Can you please be more specific...

Do you require a simple diagram of the fusebox (fuse layout), or are you actually asking for a "wiring" colour code diagram for the fusebox?

the diagram is on the lid of the box and in the owners manual if no manual try one online from www.edmonds.com

the layout for the fuses should be under the lid of the fuse box itself and the relay box it is normally imprinted right on the top and a diagram under the lid also
