The heater core is leaking into the heaterbox under the dash. Which is why you smell antifreeze/coolant inside. After a while (if left go too long) you'll notice antifreeze on the floor/carpet and possibly running out from under the vehicle as it flows out of the drain for the air conditioner (the heaterbox has a drain in it to let out the moisture produced by the a/c)

you will have to get a dye injected into the system or have it checked witha freon probe

You may need to have the A/C recharged. It maybe low on freon.

Our Sedona had a similar problem, Turned out that the pipes to the rear heater had corroded and were leaking, caused some overheating which blew hot air when the A/C was on. I would check this then check the coolant pressure.
