if the app required internet. then
go options - advance option - TCP
type the APN ( access point name ) you can get it from your bb service provided. click option n save
restart n try . if still the same issue persists then remove n redownload the app .

its if a normal application with no internet support is required. simply del n reinstall the app . do confirm if there should be no software ver conflicts.

Options, Security, General Settings then hit the menu key and select wipe handheld.

Also you can do a hard reset:

1. Take out the battery.

2. Wait 5 seconds.

3. Press and hold the power button.

4. Put the battery back into place while still holding the power button.
