You can try a factory reset on the tablet. Hold the volume down button and press the power button. This should bring up a system menu that should have an option to perform a factory reset on the tablet.
get it to power off total . hod the switch for 20 sec
power up .
if it wont power it up with a usb attached to computer that can trigger it to go into debug mode
Usually you have to reset the unit. Try turning off the power then press the power button for about fifteen seconds then let it go and see if this solves the problems.
