Cancel payments Hello eBay I have received an email with this information. I have not authorised any payments for this amount of money. I have ocpied the information for you. I have no idea what this is at all. Please can you assist me. Hi there,

If you have forgotten your e-mail address to PayPal click here: Forgot e-mail address

If you have forgotten your Password to PayPal click here: Forgot password

This should help you get into your PayPal account. PayPal allows you to reverse any transactions so if any money is missing you can claim it back.

I suggest you change your password to your PayPal account as this looks like there might be suspicious activity happening on your account.

If you have sent money via PayPal, and you realize you did not mean to do it, or you have changed your mind about it, you'll want to cancel the transaction.
PayPal is an international online money payment service that allows you to transfer money to other people via their email address.
PayPal is commonly used for eBay and other online transactions.
To cancel a payment, you must log in to your account.

Log in to your PayPal account.
Open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this transaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down)
Locate the payment that you wish to cancel.
Click the "Action" drop-down menu and select "Cancel."
Click "Cancel Payment" on the next page to confirm the cancellation.

Buyer has my item his payment failed now he wont pay

actually your buyer can definitely cancel his/her payment on paypal since its unclaimed.. then if they dont want to continue the transaction just file a cancel transaction case on the resolution centre then wait 8days then close the case. you will not be charge for the final value fee and the case will be cancelled. :)

Send the customer an email from your ebay account and save a copy for yourself. Tell him that the payment he sent did not go into the right paypal account. Ask him to cancel this payment so that paypal refunds his money. Tell him that you will send an invoice to him from paypal with a request for payment. Ask him not to re-send his payment until he receives that invoice request from your account. Then go into your paypal account and click on the request money link. Choose the option to send an invoice and enter the information for your EBAY account if you have not already done so. Then send an invoice to that person requesting payment with a note that says the same thing in your email from EABY - tell him to cancel the other payment because it went to the wrong account and ask him to use this account instead. Tell him you have already waited two days and that he only has 1 -2 days more to pay for this item or you send a bidding strike for non payment.

How do I get my money back because I have not received the goods

Hello,

You can only cancel your transaction if the recipient has not claimed the money. To request a refund, you'll need to contact the recipient of the payment.

To cancel the payment from your bank:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

The payment will be returned to your PayPal account, not your bank account. From there, you can withdraw the money from your PayPal account to your bank account.

To cancel your credit card payment:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

Your payment will be returned to your credit card. This can take up to 30 days.

I sent money to the wrong email address, but the payment is completed. What do I do? Question : Answer : PayPal cannot reverse payments that have been claimed. We recommend that you contact your recipient directly and make arrangements to have the money refunded to you via PayPal or another method of your choosing.
If you don't receive a refund, you can file a dispute within 45 days of the payment date. Here's how to file a dispute:

  2. Click Resolution Center near the top of the page.
  3. Click Dispute a Transaction.
  4. Click Item dispute and click Continue.
  5. Click Find transaction ID, then click the transaction ID you want to dispute.

there are no ebay agents who collect money or hold the money for the buyers. if you found this item outside ebay, most probably craigslist and the seller will tell you about vehicle protection program and ebay agents getting the money, this is a scam. the vehicle protection program only works if you purchase the item directly from the ebay site using your ebay account. you need to have the 12 digit item number to verify if the item is a legit item from ebay. if you received emails from the seller outside the ebay messaging system, it is best to forward those to the investigation team of ebay so that they can check it for you. you can forward those emails to [email protected] and please do not send payment yet. if the seller will also tells you that the item is in an ebay warehouse, you need to back off and cancel this transaction immediately and do not provide any informationl. there is NO ebay warehouse and ebay agents are not allowed to get payments from the buyers..

Hi: I bought a mobile telephone on E-Bay. When I clicked payment, I clicked the Visa emblem. Somehow, payment went through paypal. Now item is not delivered, payment has been made and I cannot get through...

Paypal is free to join and is owned by EBAY The visa emblem should not have been associated with Paypal which has its own emblem. Are you sure it went via paypal? Did you get a confirmation email from paypal to say that you had sent money to your seller?
Its possible that the seller has not been paid and so no item will be received. Contact your bank to determine if that amount has been withdrawn from your account. or pending in card services ( visa)
