If the charger is ok, have the battery checked , if faulty replace it , if fully charged you may have to have the phone repaired .

Hi, it sounds like the battery is not holding the proper amount of charge. Needs to be looked at i.e. repair.

Coolpad Quattro Hard Reset (Factory Reset)

1.Turn off your Coolpad Quattro phone and pull out battery and reinsert it after a few seconds
2.Press and hold both Volume DOWN + UP and hit POWER button until "Recovery mode..." showing on the screen. When the triangle with an exclamation mark appears touch the HOME touch key to enter Recovery menu.
3.Select Factory reset/ wipe data. (scroll down with VOL down.)
4.Select with power.
5.Scroll down to Yes - delete all user data. Press power to confirm. If your phone is responding to screen input, then open Settings from the Applications menu. Tap Backup & reset > Factory data reset; click Reset phone and Erase everything to format your phone.

Hold the up & down volume buttons and tap and hold the power button until screen appears.

You will need to flash boot your device by installing boot drivers onto an SD which can override whatever is broken

there is something wrong with camera or lens

you need to reload the sd card or get a new one.the error mess. will go away,the card has the problem in it.you should be able to remove it and use the phones storage to upload some pics..replacing it will provide more operating functions
