If you still have the manual for your Photo frame Chapter 2 page 14 explains the use of your frame for computer. It uses specific software already installed on the picture frame. It is a bit tricky to use if you are not computer savvy, hoever if you can get someone to help you they can explain it a little better. There are many ways. The easiest being use a external hard drive or thumb drive and simply copy the data to the drive. Plug the drive in the other computer and reverse the process.
this is the "Dummy's" way but it works for me.
I put all my photos into a folder and email the folder to my husband and he replies to me with the folder attached and then I save them to a disc. If you don't have cd-writer, you can email them to Office Depot and pick up the disc, call your Office Depot first, some do not have this service.
U should install usb driver 1.0 at the location of ur drive. or connect the camera with usb drive and install the driver version of 1.1. it will solved.
