Well first you will have to hook your phone up to your pc and then see if you can drag and drop a song into the downloads folder or go online and the maker may have some software for you .I used to have a motorola razor and it came with software that would do just that take any piece of a song and you could make your own ringtones good luck Jonny

I have a Casio Privia Px330. On a split keyboard how do I alter the right hand tone?

On page E11 of your manual... see the picture with two voices, one for the T and one for R... select them there.

Your manual can be downloaded here: http://support.casio.com/pdf/008/PX330E1A_web.pdf

You probably cannot "change the tone" of the two voices if they are the same voice. You should be able to transpose to different octave however.

Voice recordings getting moved

what device do you use to record the sound?

try to play the song on the device (if it can)

if the song on device is as bad as on PC then it can be concluded that your recording device is on problem

but if the song on the device is good
then the problem is on the data transfer
change your data cable and retry it

Ring tones

To change ringtones, go to Settings, phone profiles, highlight the profile you are using, choose options, then edit, the screen will show the settings for incoming calls, here you can scroll down and change the call ringtones, highlight voice call ringtones, press options, choose change, this takaes you to My files folders, go to the folder you keep your tunes in and highlight the song you wish to use. press options, then select. Press options again and then save.To change text tones, you do the same, but once in the screen to show settings for incoming calls, you must scroll right to show the new message screen, then you can choose the song you wanat in the same way as for calls. remember to save tho.

Strange noises when changing songs

I have had two of this exact radio and wish that the first one had not been stolen.Just a quick question, do you have any subwoofers or a disk changer installed in the vehicle? With my replacement radio (it is very picky about operating temperature), I have noticed that cheap audio cables tend to produce feedback that is mostly heard between songs and a bad j-bus cable will cause feedback from the disk changer.

Voice Recording

You can't set a recorded voice to set as ringtone.
You can't set a song as a message tone. The only tones you can send in a message are from your sounds. Sounds are a special format, just as pic, music, ringtones etc.
You can record your own sounds, but unfortunately they come out fuzzy and don't sound real good.
You want to make ringtones and sounds for your phone follow this below:
You will need
1. Phone with usb cable
2. Computer1.gif
3. Bitpim software1.gif

Here is how you can make your own Ringtones, Sounds etc.
go to (this is perfectly legal)
http://www.bitpim.org/

Click download
Next page--Downloads (the first download) choose your operating system1.gif
(do not download BitPim Test Release 1.0.6 04 Mar 2008)

Once downloaded, open it, hook up your phone
It should recognize it. At the bottom of the Bitpim page you will see a green circle--Ready and a green circle---name of your phone and that it is detected.

Now, click on Sounds
Go to the top of the page and clilck the blue music note with the green plus sign.
Find the music you want to make into a sound
Click on it
Click open
An Convert Audio Box will come up

Follow these directions:
Channels (Mono/Stero) click arrow change to 1
Click convert
You will see DOS boxes come up when they are done under crop you will see "Clip Duration" with numbers in the box next to it. Ajust the pink and red arrows to the part of the song you want as your sound. The pink shows the beginning of the song and the red where the song will stop. Then drag the little arrow to the pink arrow. Click play position. You will hear your song, you can adjust from there what you want played.
Once you have set your sound, click "OK"

You may get a prompt that it may be too large, click ok

Now it will show in your sounds

Go to the Second phone at the top with the arrow pointing to the right click on it----a box will appear check ringtone. Click "OK"
Box will go away, the sound will start transferring to your phone.
You will see at the bottom of the page the green circle--Ready
turn Red and it says busy.

When done your phone will reboot go to Music and Tones, sounds and the song should be in your sounds.

Do the same thing for ringtones.

My phone is so full I have to keep deleting some of them.
These are in your phone not on your SD card, phones only have so much memory1.gif.

Apply mp3 songs as ring tone

I had to edit some of my songs on my PC to make them shorter to be applied as a ringtone. I made them about 20-30 seconds long so they would work. WHen I put entire songs on the phone it wouldn't work.
