Remove spark plug and pull starter rope. If still wont move, remove recoil starter and turn flywheel by hand. It still not moving, remove chain and then try moving flywheel. If still not moving, then likely the motor is locked up.
What kind of saw. How old? New Spark Plug? How old is the gas inside it? Is the air filter dirty? When you try to start it does it turn easy or is it a little stubborn or won't turn at all?
