First of all, try to charge it at least for an hour.
Then, check if it stills power off automatically with a full battery.
If it still does, you need to firmware upgrade it or just plug it to the computer and update it.
Check if it's properly installed. else go to google and type in something similar to 'sony nwzb135f driver download'. see what sites you can find that give you the appropriate downloads, then just install and after a maybe required reboot it will work just fine.
