in most cases you will not need to install drivers for you monitor. These drivers are for windows XP and 2000 - so if you have a later version you should not need them.
For windows XP or 2000 you should have a readme file... if not then download the Dell drivers from http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/driverdetails?driverid=r83276 Run the program and it should extract to a place on your hard drive, and once complete it should open the location with the following files
e193fp.cat, E193FP.ICM, E193FP.inf, Readme.txt and Version.txt
The Readme file gives you instructions on how to install for XP and 2000
The first thing you should do is check on the installation CD/DVD game on for any readme.txt or troubleshooting.txt files.
The readme.txt file should list the graphics cards that the game is compatible with. Make sure that your graphics card is compatible with the game.
Also the same file may tell you which version of DirectX the game requires.
Make sure you have the version of DirectX required installed. Most games have the DirectX libraries needed in a folder on the game's installation CD/DVD.
Also there is a program in C:\Windows\System32 called dxdiag.exe you can run this to diagnose your DirectX setup and your machine.

In there type in the search box farm frenzy. Then click on BT Junkie. In the search results there will be a 3 in 1 rubak farm frenzy. Those are the 3 farm frenzy games. You'll need to download Utorrent located here.
Then you'll have all 3 games. Be sure to read any readme.txt files or any other files that are a must read.
You can use Clear Calibration Utility, which will help you get rid of all the calibration data.

A quick walk around for this is to while in game alt + tab and head to \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves and cut and place them into a backup folder in your my documents. once they are all gone from the sims saves folder head back into the game and hit save
Sounds like the graphic card does not support the game. Game is old and the graphic card may not go back that far.
The readme.txt file should tell U what is required for graphic resolution. U may be able to go into the display properties and preset the resolution manually.
If U are running XP or Vista, forget it, U need newer game. Jewel came out around ME age, which is a DOS based (16 bit) os. Game runs on 98, 98SE, NT, maybe 2K.
