As long as you are a customer in good standing and your bill is up to date, you will be given an unlock code specific only to your phone NOT any other phone of the same type.

You can try all zero's (Example: 000000, 0000). Now since your device already has a custom unlock code, more than likely you will need a customer service representative of MetroPcs to assist you, where such information can be accessed.
