The model number is A100 psaa9a-016004. i have tried numerous things i cannot access the internet via the laptop at all.
Make sure if you have a button for internet on the laptop you have it turned on
open control panel and then network connections
if your network shows right click on it then status then support and click repair.
if this does'nt work i can help you get your driver
right click my computer then properties then hardware then devices scroll down and see if driver shows if it does click on it then update if it does not show there follow these instructions
PLUG CONNECTION IN
control panel add new hardware
after a brief check if your driver shows highlight click next follow instructions
If it does'nt show click next then scroll to network then highlight click automatically search follow instructions
if it cannot find your driver then start over except this time click to choose from a list then on left side click your ethernet type and then on right side click model then next and follow instructions.

when it does'nt find it then click yes it's installed
then a page will come up scroll down and if you see your driver which will be realtek ethernet
clcik it then next
if you do not see the driver then scroll to the bottom and click add new hardware then next
on that page scroll to networks high light it then next
on that page scroll to realtek drivers on right hand side click and all the realtek drivers will show ON LEFT HAND SIDE

Its not the wireless conection that is the problem. its when i try and hook up to cabel internet it doesnt registyer and when i go into the drivers list it says that the ethernet is not installed.
nah no good. it keeps telling me that it needs to search online for the specific driver that it needs and as i said i cant acces the internet from the laptop. i have tried downloading drivers via the pc that i am using and then transferring them onto the laptop but nothing seems to be working.
