I have a LG VX4500 Cell Phone and need to unlock the phone. I changed
the lock code from the last 4 digits of the phone number, but, do not
remember what I changed it to. Is there a default code or
master code that can be used? I have all of my contact numbers in this
phone

if your provider is alltel or verizon, or any cdma carrier call *228, when the operator picks up select the number for activate. once done ur unlock code is the last 4 numbers of your phone number. If its a gsm carrer they can retrieve your unlock code for you
If you have never set up a lock code, your code should be the last 4 digits of your phone number, or at least that was the case for my phone through alltel. Hope this helps.
