    Could you please explain what the problem is? Do you get any error message? Do you not own a monitor?  
    Please also tell us what type of PC you have, if you know.

If its a desktop, run monitor self test, unplug cable of monitor from back of pc, turn on both monitor and computer, if nothing on screen. monitor needs to be replaced., if its laptop, tkae out battery and unplug ac , press and hld power button for 5 seconds to drain power, put battery back and power on system then immidiately press f2, if it brings to you a different screen, good. but if not. display is not working , the hardware part.

Check power settings by opening control panel -> power options. Check when is the computer set to go to sleep and when to turn of the display. This might be caused by Windows power settings that put the computer to sleep to save power.

Your graphics driver may be corrupted or not properly installed. You need to install that to get proper graphics and also to prevent restarts.
