Lock Unlock PTCL Code For Mobile & International Calls If you would like to stop making Mobile & International calling from your PTCL do following steps

1. First call PTCL help line 1236 and ask them to open lock facility(it will take 24 - 48 hrs).
2. Once facility is available you can lock phone by dialing *33*1234*4# (replace 1234 with your desired password).
3. To unlock phone dial #33*1234# (Replace 1234 with your password).

By doing this i lock my PTCL mobile & international dialing.

format ur memory card either from a pc or ur phone itself

the best way is that! there is a security code in the motorola set.... its 00000 or 11111..............try tht to open the fone and then remove the lock code!!

This solution for Phone that have execution file name : unlockMMC.app on folder z:\system\app\
Note :
Not all S60 Phone have this execution file.
To unlock Memory Card :
- Run execution file unlockMMC.app
- Enter new Password you like (example "12345")
- Run app Memory (Phone app Memory Standard)
- Choose To Unlock MMC with that new password

Every times you set to lock ur Memory Card with lock password , phone made a file to save your password with file name mmcstore - you can find ths file in folder c:\system\.
Note :
To see the file you must set ur file browser app to show hidden files.

To get your Lock Password :

- Send that file into your PC
- Change file extension with .txt
- Open that file using app Notepad
- You will see your lock password

or

- Make sure that your phone have app Notepad
- Copy that file into other folder
- Change its attribute not a system file and not a hidden file
- Change its extension with .txt
- Run app Notepad on your Phone
- Open that file
- You will see your lock password

- Run app MMCPWD

I am not aware of a way to do this only how you have already done it.I mean if you locked it, how would you be able to slide the unlock your self? There is no option of a keypad until you get to the main menu screen. This is all I have on passwords, but you have prob already done this.

A. Yes. Main menu => Settings => Security Setup => Phone Lock
Password is defaulted to 1122 (You can change the password from Change password Function)
If 1122 does not work on your phone for some reason, then try 0000 or 1234.

A. You can try removing the battery from the phone for 24 hours, then see if the phone resets. If that doesn't
work, & since there is no known hardware reset for doing a factory reset of the firmware, then the only option is to
flash new firmware to the phone, or at least flash over the user data area of the firmware on the phone. Both methods
still require the purchase or making of a special flash cable, the software, & doing the flashing process.

if you want to open the lock of memory card then just download a software fexplorer and open application there open c:// and there will be a file boot rename it as .txt and open in notepad there you will find your password

default password is the only solution to open the phone or give it to the service center they can formate ur phone and reinstall the os...it will reset ur password to 1234.
