Don't think anyone knows where that is
Is that in Canada?

I only buy the factory manuals for any vehicle

While most dealers don't sell manuals,
they will give you the address to get them

Quality is what you want, as you said, & you
need the diagnostic trouble charts & emissons
manuals

Anything mechanical ,you sort of have to just
have those skills
