I was playing with my furby and it suddenly stopped and it's eyes were pitch black.Now,it won't turn on and I changed the batteries and it still won't come on!what do I do?

Well, the best advice i could give you dear is that, there is a faulty wire in this little guy/ girl , the battery pack is not on tight, the batteries are old .

I should be doing you a favor and not share this info as all Furbys must be destroyed but I understand that this is for a kid as it was for mine. There's a next to unnoticeable reset button in the battery compartment. This video I found helped me and solved out comatosed creature. http://www.furbymanual.com/?p=167
