Is that a red phone? Because I had a red phone and the caller couldn't hear me either. This seems pretty common! The thing was the caller was telling me about a good deal to buy a new phone. So I got one, and while I was at the shops we decided to get an ice cream. Why do I always get Rum & Raisin ???, I just don't like it very much. i cant open my phone. when i started to on it, the screen just only a light. I couldn't see the welcome note which is nokia and the lock code. it's all light only
