When i tried 2 reconfigure it manually, it says 'cannot add new account, memory full' I have even tried OTA configuration with my service provider, yet the problem persists. I have restored the phone 2 factory settings but no way. Pls what do i do,i am so worried pls.

Only solution for this is take your phone to nokia gallery they will upgrade your software.....we can also upgrade our phone from the internet but the only difference is that our upgrade has a limited access whereas upgrade done by nokia gallery has full access..trust me i have upgraded my phone from nokia gallery and my wap is working very properly now....my handset is nokia 5300...and the charges they took was rs.205 because my phone was out of warranty and warranty phone servicing will be done free of cost.... i had done from nokia gallery mulund west...and they hardly took 30 minutes for the procedure...
