I've lost restore down in Word. How can I get it back?

if you are referring to microsoft word

Microsoft Word is one of the most widely used text editors in the business world today.

Using Word, you occasionally experience glitches like missing Menu items.

You open Word and while preparing your document realize the Menu item you want to use has magically disappeared.

You can restore it easily.

There are ways to restore lost Menu items in Microsoft Word.

Check your Menu to confirm the button you are looking for is really missing.

Microsoft Word is intuitive and continually adjusts to show the options you choose most often.

Click the double arrow near the bottom of the Menu items to reveal the hidden options.

Click the Menu item you are looking for.

Use that Menu item often and Word will place it in your Menu for easy access.

Replace the missing Menu item in Microsoft Word. Click Tools - Customize.

Select the Commands tab.

Click Rearrange Commands.

Add the Menu item you lost in Microsoft Word.

Select the Menu bar at the top.

Use the drop down menu to select File. Open Controls.

Highlight the Menu item under the File menu and click the Add button.

Select File under Categories. Open Commands and select desired button.

Click Ok.

Word will reveal a preview of the File menu including your changes.

Select the desired Menu item.

Click Add.

To adjust the position of the Menu item you added.

Click Move Up or Move Down.

Continue to adjust them until you achieve your desired results.

Click Close to close the window.

Click File, Exit to close Microsoft Word.

hope this helps

I don't know how to use the lcd screen when taking pictures

Many cameras that have view finders do not support use of the LCD display to compose or frame a picture. This is generally to conserve battery life of the camera. Most of these cameras limit how long a picture is displayed on the screen to 10 or 15 seconds, immediately after taking for the very same reason.

The exception would be a camera that lacks a view finder - or has a menu item that allows the user to compose the picture on the LCD in addition to the viewfinder. Some manufacturers call this "live view". Check your camera manual to see if it is supported. If so, be sure to buy extra batteries!

I hope this helps & good luck!

If this item is under warranty... As much as I hate to say get it to a service center... You probably should do so. Could you fix it... yes. I think the cost of parts and your time would be equal to the shipping cost to the service center. At least if you send it off to the service center... you don't have to worry about not getting tiny piece parts re-installed correctly to reassemble the plastic body over the motor.

Why did my picture become big so I can not see the sideline information

Press the RATIO button repeatedly to select the desired picture format. You can also adjust Aspect Ratio in the OPTION menu.
  1. Set By Program. Selects the proper picture proportion to match the source’s image. (4:3 → 4:3, 16:9 → 16:9)
  2. 4:3. Choose 4:3 when you want to view a picture with an original 4:3 aspect ratio, with gray bars appearing at both the left and right sides.
  3. 16:9. Choose 16:9 when you want to adjust the picture horizontally, in a linear proportion to fill the entire screen.
  4. Horizon. Choose Horizon when you want to adjust the picture in a non-linear proportion, that is, more enlarged at both sides, to create a panorama view.
  5. Zoom 1. Choose Zoom 1 when you want to view the picture without any alteration. However, the top and bottom portions of the picture will be cropped.
  6. Zoom 2. Choose Zoom 2 when you want the picture to be altered, both horizontally extended and vertically cropped. The picture taking a halfway trade off between alteration and screen coverage.
  7. Cinema Zoom. Choose Cinema Zoom when you want to enlarge the picture in correct proportion. Note: When enlarging or reducing the picture, the image may become distorted. You can adjust the enlarge proportion of Cinema Zoom using D / E button. The adjustment range is 1~16.

Dear Swetnam

This is a internal circuit problem/defect and cannot be done on our own, so u should take it to SONY service centre. Avoid keeping the camera near hot temperatures zone. Sony is not tolerant to many physical factors.
