SOURCE: EVGA GeForce 6200 512 MB card + mouse pointer

My solution was to right click on the desktop, click on Properties, Settings, Advanced, Troubleshoot, and set Hardware Acceleration one slide to the left of Full, which disables cursor and bitmap accelerations. Mouse cursor is now working fine. It took a long time getting to this fix. Hope this helps out.

What cheap but good video card should i get to run modern warfare 2 on my dell desktop computer

Hello,

From what I can determine, for you to have the permornace you need for Modern Warfare 2, the following are the recommended computer requirements:

A CPU: 2.4 GHz dual core or better, RAM: 1 GB on XP / 2 GB on Vista and Windows 7 and a
GeForce 9500 GT 1GB memory Graphics board. (this is a PCI Express slot board).

Make sure your Dell has the slot required for the graphics board, if no slot then there is an AGP board, but with 512MB memory that would work good.

Either graphice baord would cost about them same
Recommend, EVGA @ Negeeg.com or Tiger Direct.

Good Luck

I just want to know if this card has a 2 or 3 pin audio connector on it anywhere. i want to purchase one but not without some type of audio capability on the the card.EVGA 512-P3-N982-B2

No present video card has audio circuits/connectors on it. You are probably referring to a Home Theater card with VIVO capabilities- this is something totally different, completely unrelated products. A combination of both has been produced in low quantity in the past , but not in the last 8 years.
If this is the case then you will need 2 separate cards.

I am thinking about buying a 9800gtx+ video card

That board has PCI, PCI Express and PCIx16 interfaces. So if the video card has any of those interfaces, it should work.

I can`t use it with windows 7 rc 64 bits, only VGA adaptor of mother board, the EVGA card Geforce 7300gs, don't let install this os...

If you try to clean install Windows 7 RC x64 from DOS (by booting from the DVD you made), it will install alright and finds the correct driver automatically if your internet connection is available. Or, you can also download the correct x64 bit driver from nvidia to get all Win7 features.
