Connect the frame to the pc. Look in my computer - it will be a device with removable storage. - drag and drop pics or a whole folder of them to the frame.
If the PC isnt picking up the frame at all... try a USB port in the back of the computer. Also make sure the frame is powered on!

Cant get photos of lg km570 with usb

All you need to do is to latch your phone and PC by activation of the Bluetooth. Now you can send the images from the phone and accept it on the PC by which way all the photos can be transferred. Also if there is the linking cord with USB connectivity you can directly connect and get access to the memory to transfer.

Cannot load pictures onto SmartParts Digital frame

You can't see pictures on the frame while it's connected to the computer. The frame is supposed to say, "PC Connection established..." If you go to My computer and look for your frame as a removable device, you can open it and view the internal memory of the frame. You can see all the pictures on the frame and delete them if you wish.

Don't know how to download from my memory card

You can do this one of three ways.

1.) You can insert the Memory Card directly into the Frame

2.) You can connect to your PC or MAC with the camera (Memory Card still inside the Camera)
and Upload the Photos to a File. Then Connect your Frame into your PC or MAC and download them to the Frame.

3.) Connect the camera directly to the frame. (This may cause formatting issues though)

To remove a picture, connect the frame to your PC via USB. you should see the frame appear as a drive, in my case,
36972 (E:)

open the drive as Explore, you can now see the pictures, and delete what you no longer want.

you can download the software from
http://www.smartpartsproducts.com/content/support/optipix/index.php

Philips digital photo frame 7FFI series

Here`s a tip i found for you...

1. Connect the frame to your PC using the supplied USB connector. Navigate to the \DCIM\100Frame directory and delete all the Phillips advertising pictures there.

2. Create a directory on your PC and put copies of all the pictures you want to display there.

3. Download the free picture resizer utility from Microsoft at:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
(Look for Image Resizer in the right column). After installing it, "Select All" pictures in the directory you created, then right click and select "Resize Pictures" from the context menu. Choose the 640x400 radio button. Sort by size and copy all the small ones into the "\DCIM\100Frame" directory on the frame drive (Called Removable Disk on my PC).

Transferring video files to my pc

Loading video to PC should be the same as loading your pictures, although they will jist appear as the first frame of your video; looking like a picture. If you hover your mouse over the file you should see a file type as either .mpeg,.avi or mpeg4, you then right click and open with your preferred programme, be it your DVD player or Windows Media player.
