I can't get my MAC to find the bluetooth optical mouse. It finds other devices, but not the mouse. Do I need drivers for the MAC?

What type of MAC and Blue Tooth mouse are you using? You could try the following:
* Make sure you have fresh batteries in the mouse.
* Do you have another device you could connect the Blue Tooth mouse to to test?

Will the viva wireless mouse work with iPad Air

The manual says it works with a MAC or PC, but you must enable Bluetooth and make sure your Bluetooth driver is up to date. It doesn't specifically say "iPad Air". The manual can be downloaded here... http://www.nodevice.com/download/user_manual/manhattan+178235-viva-wireless/407439.html

I just bought a wireless mouse and Keyboard (Gear Head, 2.4 GHz) and it will not connect to computer. It did not come with any instructions and I can't figure it out. I tried reinstalling the batteries...

First you have to install the drivers of the specific devices. To do that you have to use a normal keyboard. (one that has a cord to connect into the motherboard). Here is the manufacturer's website: http://www.pcgearhead.com/# Go to Download Drivers page and look for the driver for you your device. After that look for the exact driver that fits your device. Download and install. Sync both of the devices and it should work perfectly. If you need further assistance please leave a comment. Cheers

First check the mac supports the mouse, then

Under your bluetooth menu you will find

Turn on the mouse the mac will find it, if not the use

Set up bluetooth device (found lower down in same menu)

Hope this helps

How to connect a wireless mighty mouse to a macbook pro

There should be software if it is a Apple Magic mouse, install software, then turn bluetooth on for mouse, unless your mac doesnt have bluetooth, then you need a USB bluetooth adapter.

I have a brand new I-Mac with Snow Leopard. I just bought a Gear Head KBL8000WRBT keyboard and mouse set. I started with the mouse. The computer recognizes it, but won't pair with it.

Since iMacs are not primarily designed to run with equipment like this (They can run it, but the equipment usually says 'No! I don' know what you are!') Try using the apple Magic mouse. (I'm not sure if they have a W/L keyboard.)

I suppose you have all your wi fi settings on, Is your computers, If it doesnt recognize it at all, go to the site below, and download the SteerMouse program, run that . I believe that will do it.
