Irenewed my subscription on 24th November 2008 and it is current to 11/12/09. I purchased Norton antivirus Serial No DW3FH68GY4B. Then order no is 1646755894. I now keep receiving ann urgent message saying that I am not fully protected when internet browsing. I am concerned about this as I understood that the product I purcahsed would fully protect me. Please advise if I need to upgrade and with which product and do I get a credit for the amount I have already paid if I have purchased the wrong product. Thanks Norma Sumner

Canceling your subscription would be of no use. You have already been charged.

BUT make sure that it is not Automatically renewed next year by canceling that service.

now you are not telling where it is, but do this :
1.On the site where you bough it (purchase it) It has to bee a contact link, go there and write/phone to them, and tell them about the problem.
2. try to contact your bank and say you have not received the product you have ordered.
3. try to contact Norton Support and ask them :

Most of the Norton antivirus comes with one year subscription. date u mentioned here seems like more then 1 year old. That's why it says expired
If you dont want to spend any more money on antivirus then uninstall this one and download AVG from this site. this is really good antivirus for free and good for ever.
