  1. Get a USB stick
  2. Using another computer, visit IBM and download your drivers (make sure you choose the correct operating system)
  3. Save the drivers to the USB stick
  4. Plug the USB into the R60 and install your drivers
That should get you going.

T40 2373 no wireless connection

Hi it sounds like your driver is missing or corrupt , this may be the case if u have recently installed windows, go to control panel click on sytem icon then click on device manager button under the hardware tab, have a look then under network adapters to see if there is a yellow warning icon if so make a note of the name and you should be able to download the driver from this location. its near the bottom under networking wireless.

I can not get win explorer to load a page it is ibm think pad a21m running win 2000. i can't get it to load a page

Are you sure you're connected to the internet? Is your LAN working? Go to control panel, system, hardware, device manager and find your network adapter(s). Click on it and see if it is working. Do you have a wireless? Do the same thing. Access to a USB wireless you could try? Install it, connect to the internet and see what happens. Sonetimes the LAN adapter in the computer will go bad.

Hi, I have an old acer laptop and my wife communicates with me on it using broadband and a router with a usb pick up. I have returned home and have a new acer laptop with wireless LAN already installed. It...

Youe broadband router is working ok with the broadband cable. So it is configured with the broadband cable. Now,to work with the wireless internet, you have to configured the wi-fi router to work internet. You can see the wi-fi connection but unless & untill you will configure wi-fi router it must not work or if before it was working with the wi-fi then you can check the wi-fi router setting because it might change by mistake.Surely it will work after configurating wi-fi router.

LAN DRIVER

Here's a link to the network controller drivers at IBM. These drivers manage both the ethernet and wireless. Be patient, you may have to download several before finding the right one. Take a look at the wireless card (under a panel on the bottom) to see what type of card it is, Intel or Broadsom, and the model, this will help narrow down the driver. If you can't find the right one, send me info on how you get on the internet, wireless or ethernet cable, and what the make and model of the wireless card is, and I'll see if I can help.
