Scanner problem Scanner wont work, i tried to reebooth it at the back of the hendheld and i went to setings and it tells me cannot enable scaner. Is there anythink else i culd do??

1 st thing I would do is hook up a scanner, bring up the data & find the vehicle speed on the sensor, then drive the vehicle, if the scanner registers the speed, then that tells you the speed sensor is working. if not your speed sensor is N/G.
If you do have a speed reading on your scanner, I would check all the fuses, you may have blown one when working on the cluster, especially if you didn't disconnect the negative battery, before you started. other than that, you may have disconnected a connector while you had it out. Hope this helps

IF YOUR TRUCK HAS THE THEFT SYSTEM IT COULD BE ENABLE. YOU WOULD NEED TO CHECK FOR CODE WITH A SCANER. WENT ITS UNDER THAT MODE IT WILL DISABLE THE INJECTOR AND FUEL PUMP.ALSO CHECK THE THEFT LIGHT ON THE DASH IF FLASHING IN THE ON POSITION THEM YOU WOULD TO GET REPORGRAM ANY LOCKSMITH WITH COMOUTER CAN DO THIS. YOU CANNOT DO THIS WITH A SCANER.
