Esante instruction and operations manual

I have an Esante babylock that needs servicing. My husband could service it if we had the manual. Also, in the middle of a project the arm stopped working - that's never happened before. I could push it with ease from side to side. How do you fix that?

The arms are serial numbered to match the machine. Each series esante is different.
If you can get me a serial number (off the back of the machine) I will tell you which series you need to order. I can get it through my work.

How to change needle position on Esante

Hello, Paula -

From your question I am guessing you do not have the user's manual for your Esante sewing machine.

If so, this is the link to the Esante home page:
https://www.babylock.com/machines/sewing/esante

Right below the image of the sewing machine you will see the Manuals like. Click or tap on that link.

On the Manuals & Instructions page, choose the link to the manual listed 3rd. It will be a PDF document, meaning you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software (free.)

Note: Be sure to read through the manual fully.

Instructions regarding moving the needle begin on Page 38 (Image 39) of the manual.

Best wishes.

Do The ESE ESante Baby Lock hoops fit the ESI ESante Baby Lock machines

The Babylock Esante ESE1 and ESE2 hoops are not compatible with the Esante ESI1 or ESI2 hoops. The Babylock ESI1/2 used the same hoops as the Brother PC7000 and PC7500. The ESE1/2 use the hoops that are compatible with the Brother PC6500 and PE700 series embroidery machines.

I wish that I had better news for you. This site has hoops for sale for both the ESI1 and the ESE1: http://www.allbrands.com/categories/871 . If you need hoops for either machine, use the compatibility data on each machine type to help you find more vendors that may have the embroidery hoops.

I inherited an Esante baby loc, golden anniversary limited edition. Unfortunately the manual was missing. I have searched everywhere with no luck. Any advice!

There is manual downloads from the Babylock website, I can't see this model but can see the Esante BLN, take a look, it may well be close enough to get you going. Otherwise you can contact BabyLock using their "Contact Us" page at the bottom of their home page, www.babylock.com.

I need to know where to get a manuel for my ESante Ese2 embrodery machine. No problems now, but I haven't used it for a while and need to review things before I start up again.

The Babylock website has downloads. If you cannot find a manual, send a message to customer service. They are usually prompt to assist.
