I have an Esante babylock that needs servicing. My husband could service it if we had the manual. Also, in the middle of a project the arm stopped working - that's never happened before. I could push it with ease from side to side. How do you fix that?

The arms are serial numbered to match the machine. Each series esante is different.
If you can get me a serial number (off the back of the machine) I will tell you which series you need to order. I can get it through my work.

When your BabyLock Esante ESi2 is otherwise working fine but the LCD display screen begins to grow darker and you find you just can't read it, the only thing you can do is replace the BabyLock Esante ESi2 LCD screen, or buy a new machine.
