Already checked the bearings- ok The Braking Disk is slightly worn out. Should it be the ABS system faulty?

I am having the same problem with my breaks. The dealer checked it and said there was nothing wrong. I am taking it back again now that I see other people are having the same problems! I feel so much better now that I know I am not crazy!

You might to have a tire shop check the wheel for roundness, not balance. A tire can be balanced and be out of round, causing the shaking you describe. On front wheel drive cars, the wheel/hub assembly may be bad, which a good tire shop can tell you if it is. Can't say if it will be expensive, the hub is relatively inexpensive. Labor will probably be the deal-breaker.

These two circuits are linked together and you probally need a ABS MODULE and possibly a rotor and they are pretty cheap on e-bay
SOURCE: disabling faulty abs breaks. Will car still pass mot?
If there is only one sensor faulty you should be able to replace that one.If for any reason one abs wheel sensor cannot connect to the abs system reader it stopes working. It means your brakes working just as fine but the Anti Block System is not functioning anymore.Your car will certainly pass the mot without ABS.

How hard are you stepping on the brake pedal? What you are describing sounds like the ABS system activating. When you step on the pedal hard enough to engage the ABS the light will come on, in some cars it will blink. You will also feel the thumping/vibration in the pedal since the system works by repeatedly engaging and disengaging the brakes. If it is happening when you step lightly on the brakes then you may have a bad wheel speed sensor or possibly a bad or miss-adjusted brake switch.
