If you have received a replacement phone from asurion, check to see if the battery is a Everwin battery and see if the frequency on the battery label says 950 mAh. If it doesn't have that number, that is what is causing the issue. I talked with an agent from asurion and she has sent out a new battery and charger for me. I will update this when I receive the battery.

I need the manual of breil milano shosholoza.the model is bw0480

Ensure that you are in the daytime12 hour segment by allowing the hands to pass 12 o'clock and notice if the date moved on or not.
If the date changed, then you will need to advance at least 2 hours before moving on to set the date.
If you do not need to change the date, return the crown to position 1.

Press the 4 o'clock button to move the central timing hand successively to the desired countdown time.
Wait 3 seconds for the watch to automatically exit the setting mode.

Press the 4 o'clock button to view the seconds elapsed on the hour/seconds counter sub-dial.
Press the 4 o'clock button to reset.

Resetting the Hands:
If the hands do not zero correctly, which might occur after a battery change or a violent shock, you can make adjustments by doing the following settings as long as the countdown is not in operation.
To correct the hour/seconds counter sub-dial, pull the crown out to position 2 and wait 1 second.
Press either the 2 or 4 o'clock button; the central timing hand will turn and stop [not necessarily at 12].
Press the 2 o'clock button to increment the hours/seconds counter sub-dial hand to position it at 60.
To correct the central timing hand, press the 4 o'clock button to increment the hand to the 12 position.
Return the crown to position 1.

If the battery had been replaced, the central timing hand defaults to the 10 minute position. If the battery had not been replaced, the central timing hand will return to the previously set position.

Same here!

Here is what you can try to do, Remove the batteries, don't plug in the ac adapter. Press and hold the power button for ten (10) seconds then release it. plug in the ac adapter on the computer without the battery, try to turn it on. If it turns on just wait for it to load then shut it down again, if it doesnt still have the display, press and hold the power button for ten seconds to shut it down. Unplug the ac adapter put the battery in and then try to turn it on, if it doesnt have a display still, there might be something wrong with the video cable, you need to have someone do it for you. If it happens that it turns on and have display it means that you need to have your ac adapter checked. if it happens the it turns on and have a display without the battery only, you need to have your battery checked. Hope this helps

"use genuine battery"

Sadly it does happen to these phones more often then it should...

The best you can do is either get a new battery from your local dealer(or online) or just clean the contacts really good with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol.

If the phone receives a charge that isn't the rated from it's normal battery it freaks out and says that you're using a poor battery... It's really stupid.

"use genuine battery"

I left my phone in the yard and it got rained on (don't ask), and I brought it inside, took the battery out, and let it dry for a day. I reinserted the battery and it worked for a few days until i got the "Use genuine battery" message. I put a small piece of white paper (actually the back of the label of a bottle of Blue Moon) over the moisture indicator, put the battery back in, and everything worked, much to my surprise.
