[email protected] is an email address, not a website. Try sending email to that as an address. To get to the bigpond website, try typing bigpond.com in your browser address bar and hitting <enter>. Neither option will work with a comma between bigpond and com, only a period.
Save it to a flash drive and install it on your Laptop run a full scan. Thespyware is merely a nusance and wouldn't stop you connecting it's the trojan that is the problem. Malwarebytes will cure both.

If you are using a usb dsl type modem and not a modem/router for connection, go into internet explorer>tools>internet options>connections tab, then look to see that Bigpond is selected as the default dial up.
If you are using a modem/ router which in effect is on all the time, go into the same menu in IE but tick the liitle button saying never dial a connection.
