On my statement is this PAYPAL *CLICKBANK 4029357733 ID what is this for?

*CLICKBANK is what the name of the Seller of the information you purchased from online on that day for whatever eBook that was..

4029357733.. is the phone number for a department at Paypal. Clickbank is a website that sells digital information made by authors such as the Seller in question.

Clickbank allows it's Seller's to provide a custom name to show when a Buyer completes a transaction. Some Seller's use a custom short name to indicate what the Buyer bought so that the Seller can keep track of what was sold. Or, the Seller has the option to leave the purchased transaction ID as CLICKBANK, a generic term for the Buyer to know that they bought some kind of information that was sold online.

You must be setting up Premier and Business accounts.
A PayPal account can provide a convenient way to handle many kinds of financial activities online.

You can securely send and receive money, purchase items from online merchants and even pay some of your household bills without revealing your financial data or credit card numbers to strangers.

PayPal makes these services available through your computer and through mobile devices.
Like your local bank, PayPal also lets you download a monthly statement and other reports about your online activities. EBay owns PayPal, and it is the preferred payment method for many buyers and sellers in EBay auctions.

Registration

Visit the PayPal site to review the account types (personal, premier and business) and the terms of service.

You must provide your name, address and email address to begin the registration process.
After PayPal confirms that your email address is valid, that email will become your login identification.
You will choose your own password during the registration process.

You must also select two challenge questions and answers that you will use to request a lost password if yours is lost or forgotten.

Verification
After you register, PayPal must verify your identity and your financial information before you can use your account to make payments.

Verify your account by giving PayPal your bank account information, a credit card number or your debit card information.

To verify that you have an account at the financial institution, you must agree to allow PayPal to make a small deposit to the account that you provided account.

After your financial institution acknowledges receipt of the PayPal deposit, you will be ready to use your PayPal account.
Linking Accounts

PayPal gives you the option of linking your credit card or bank account to your PayPal account, after verification.

When someone sends funds to your PayPal account, you can leave the money there for future use, use it to shop or make payments.

You will also have the option of transferring the funds out from your PayPal account into your bank account that is on record in your profile.

If you prefer to keep your funds separate, you can make deposits to your PayPal account from your regular bank account.

When you use PayPal for online transactions, you can choose each time whether to use only the funds in your PayPal account or to use funds from your bank or credit card account.

PayPal also offers a reloadable MasterCard debit card that qualified account holders use to immediately transfer their funds from their PayPal account. It is accepted at ATMs, as well as online and offline merchants that accept MasterCards.
Upgrades

You may need to upgrade your personal account to Premier or Business if you need to accept credit card payments.

PayPal charges Personal account users fees for receiving money from credit card payments.
It also limits your total monthly transactions.

Premier and Business accounts have higher monthly transaction limits; however, they also have fees for receiving credit card payments. https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpweb?cmd=_help

Account was cancelled. How do I reopen?

Reasons for Account Closure

In the user agreement, PayPal states the company's right to close a user's account if she engages in restricted activities.
Activities such as selling counterfeit items, reaching a negative account balance, or providing false or inaccurate information are only a few restricted activities that are grounds for account closure.

If you remove consent to receive electronic communications, such as removing your email address from your contact information, PayPal also reserves the right to close your account.
Dormant Accounts

If you fail to log in to your PayPal account for at least two years, the company will close your account.

If there is a balance at the time of closure, PayPal will send the balance to your primary residence or revert the balance to your state of residency.

If your address or registered state is unavailable, PayPal reverts the funds to Delaware.
You will receive a notice prior to the account closure and reverting of the balance.

Contact your state's unclaimed property administrator to claim the balance if PayPal reverted the funds to the state.
Recovering Closed Account Balance

If PayPal closes your account due to restricted activities violations and your account contains a balance at the time of closure, PayPal may hold the balance for 180 days.

If there are any fines or liabilities associated with your account closure, PayPal will deduct those fees directly from any existing balance.

If you are unable to recover your funds after 180 days, you may have to file a suit in small claims court to receive the remaining account balance.
Considerations

Once PayPal closes your account, there isn't much you can do to reopen that account.
However, unless PayPal indicates a refusal to services in the future, you can open another PayPal account, but it will not include your previous transaction history.

You must register the new account using different login information, and you can't use financial accounts linked to your previous PayPal account.

You must link a new bank account or credit card to the new account than those linked to your closed account.

Contact paypal and dispute the transaction, then change your password for your paypal account if the purchase was made using funds directly in your paypal account, also if the purchase was made using your credit/debit card number and not from funds in your paypal account you need to report it to the credit card company or your financial institution if it was a debit card.
I hope you get it straightened out quickly,

If you want your payments for purchases to be withdrawn from your AMEX card, then you must go into your PayPal account settings and make it your PRIMARY FUNDING SOURCE.

In order to change the Primary Funding Source for your account, do the following:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile near the top of the page.
Click Credit Card under Financial Information.
Select the card to update (AMEX) and click Make Primary.

Thank you and good luck.

I'm from the Philippines and I always want to buy online but the problem is i don't have a Credit Card and Debit Card. The only thing that i have is Bank Account. So i can use PayPal? How?

Hi there,
Paypal uses funds that are added to your Paypal account or withdrawn from your bank account/credit card/debit card.
If the only thing you have is a Filipino bank account (BDO, RCBC etc ) you can withdraw funds from the bank account to your Paypal account.
To do so, you must first add your bank account to your Paypal account by going to Paypal, where it says My Account > Profile > Add or Edit Bank Account.
Here you enter your banking details as required, Paypal will make sure that it is your account by depositing a small amount of money to your account (takes 3-5 days) and then asking you to verify that amount before the bank account is confirmed and linked to your Paypal account.
After you've linked your bank account to your Paypal account you can then withdraw funds to it by going to My Profile > Add Funds. This process also takes 3-5 days to complete.
The funds withdrawn to your Paypal account from your bank account will now allow you to make instant payments with funds direct from your Paypal account.
Alternatively if you make a payment for anything you buy online and wish to pay with your Paypal account and don't have any funds, Paypal will deduct the funds from your linked bank account. The process usually takes 3-5 days to complete.
Hope I have been of assistance to you, Cheers ! :)

How do i cansel a order?

Inform the retailer to with hold products that have been ordered preventing transaction from attaining funds from pay pay accounts. Once transaction of products was least processed least attains funds from PayPal. In instances where PayPal account was transacted would require informing the retailer to retrieve products. Funds would be returned to PayPal for untransacted trades.

Placed an order on 2/2/11 with TnTKarrick who I understand is affiliated with PayPal. Receipt # 5490-6408-5824-8437. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received my order although they told me it would...

Unfortunately we are not affiliated with TnTKarrick in any way so we are not able to provide you with a phone number. I would recommend contacting either PayPal or your credit card company. Explain the situation to them and they will more than likely credit your account the funds that you have paid to TnTKarrick.
