I am sorry, but the installer is a compressed executable. Extract with some extractor like winrar / 7-zip and then run the setup.exe. (It installs a device driver for windows - You have to accept it in windows XP)
If you are not able to extract/ proceed with installation, please comment here again and I will upload it somewhere as zip/rar.
hii ppl i jus bought samsung tocco few days bak i was haviing same problem but i found out wot was wrong go in menu then select settings then phone settings then there is option on d bottom PC connections click on da select mass storage then save afta dat wen u connect ur cable to Pc it will install it self then ur ready to transfer into ur phone gud luck

Mahirap explain it would be best if you call Linksys Philippine support since there are so many ways to connect Smartbro to a Linksys router. Did you remove the previous video cards drivers from the control panel? The Catalyst Control Center requires Microsoft’s .NET Framework version 2.0. To remove what might have installed or your old ATI software run this uninstaller for Radeon. Download here: http://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894&task=knowledge&questionID=1447
Try your install again.
The screw is hidden underneath the plastic so you'd have to break the plastic to take apart the flipper. Not sure how you would put it back together though.
