I have just been given a panasonic sd 253,but no manual,i am new to breadmakers can you help,were can i get a manual

This is a very nice machine. If you want bread brown on top, cover pan with aluminum foil shinny side down. I dont like brown sides an white tops either. Enjoy.

Panasonic has the manual for the SD-YD250 here: http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/SDYD250.PDF . This manual has several recipes at the end. Some recipes should not be done completely in the bread machine. (Follow the directions on using bread-machine flour or bread flour; the differences in the protein contents will matter.)
