I have a cn-wcam21.my uncle reformat the PC accidentally and i have lost the webcam's installer CD..what sould i do?
I lost my cd drive my web cam model no canyon cnr-wcam43
When i click the installation,it says that it cannot install.setup or install program file name contains folder information.

OK,
this file is just a standard ZIP file it should download directly to your computer.
If you have Windows XP or Vista you should be able to open the file without any trouble.
Are you using Windows XP?

you can just download the file right click on it and select 'extract to folder CN-WCAM21' in the menu. then go to the new CN-WCAM21 folder and run the setup file. It should all be automatic from there on.
