but if you learn to google , you might find
LEAKED documents.
it is a bad PSU< here in USA we REPLACE it.
why ? because if the PSU goes nuts, it can blow up $1000 worth of electrionics, even a blown up $500 CPU or same GPU.
why risks your PC like that?, odd.
